>Comment from Sagiri Sól

This song began with the phrase, “Your eyes are ruby-like.”
Meeting someone and falling in love—sometimes a single word or a simple action from the other person can affirm your existence or change who you’ve been up to that moment. The lyrics express the mysterious nature of falling in love and the profound “feelings” for someone that can bring immense power and solace to your life.
Rubies symbolize “passion,” “devotion,” “pure love,” “courage,” and “freedom.” These meanings inspired the lyrics and title, capturing the sentiment, “I love your eyes that give me all of those things.”
This marks my second collaboration with Shin Sakiura, following our previous track “alphabets.” Thanks to Shin’s unique and dynamic tracks—so pop-driven and full of energy that they make you want to move—we’ve created a vibrant and heartwarming piece that I’m truly proud of.

Congratulations on the release of ruby!
Following our collaboration on alphabets this summer, we’ve once again created a track that overflows with Sagiri Sól’s one-of-a-kind energy and charm. This song is even more polished and pop-oriented than ever before, and I believe it will become a piece that’s loved by even more listeners.
