The five-track project, which includes the lead single "Dark Matter" released on June 24, builds on his recent work while evolving into his most listener-friendly release to date. For the EP, vividboooy reunites with his trusted creative partner R.I.K (the producer behind the hit "Trend Killer (feat. (sic)boy)"), ensuring a foundation of proven chemistry. The project also features a standout international collaboration on "Depends On Me feat. Shortone" with the rising Filipino singer. Following the EP's release, a remix of the track "気楽 (Kiraku)" will be released as a single, retitled "Kiraku feat. Kiyo (Remix)." The track features another highly-touted Filipino artist, Kiyo, and is the long-awaited first collaboration between the two, born from a creative relationship they have built over time via social media. Their combined words offer a guide to navigating the chaos of modern society.
On August 13, he will also be featured as a co-writer and co-composer on the new EP from BALLISTIK BOYZ from EXILE TRIBE. Meanwhile, his curated vintage & archive store, 〈WEB OFFLINE〉, celebrates its one-year anniversary. As he continues to "vividly" expand his multifaceted career as an artist, producer, and fashion icon, all eyes are on his next move.

"Just as the title suggests, I believe 'light' (HIKARI) is something that everyone seeks and loses. The visual light in our world comes from the sun and moon, and just as that light is absolutely essential to our existence, we all need a light within us. It is my hope that this project of mine can make bright moments feel even brighter, and for the times that are dark, I hope it can be there to shine a light, even just a little."
